Apple Cinnamon Energy Bites

These delicious bites will be sure to satisfy your sweet cravings while giving you a boost of energy. Not only are they quick and simple to make, they are also gluten-free, oil-free, and made with all natural sugars.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (100g) dehydrated apples, roughly chopped
  • 1 & 1/2 cup (300g) oatmeal, preferably ground into powder
  • 5.5 tbsp (100g) Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp (42.5g) maple syrup or honey
  • 4 tsp cinnamon powder

Method

  • 1)

    Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl

  • 2)

    Using your hands, shape them into 12 balls

  • 3)

    Transfer onto plate and refrigerate for at least 3 hours

Notes

Store the balls in the refrigerator. They last up to five days refrigerated.
