Living in New York City where life is fast paced, energy bites make it simple to fuel my day and still eat healthy. They are one of the most portable and easiest snack to make when you are on-the-go.
Recently, I’ve shared my strawberry short cake energy bite recipe with you. These apple cinnamon energy bites are similar yet different. A simple bite reminds me of a warm bowl of oatmeal topped with apples and cinnamon. Now you can have this moment with you where-ever you go.

Apple Cinnamon Energy Bites
- Prep time: 20 minutes
- Total time: 3 hours 20 minutes

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (100g) dehydrated apples, roughly chopped
- 1 & 1/2 cup (300g) oatmeal, preferably ground into powder
- 5.5 tbsp (100g) Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp (42.5g) maple syrup or honey
- 4 tsp cinnamon powder
Method

Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl

Using your hands, shape them into 12 balls
- 3)
Transfer onto plate and refrigerate for at least 3 hours
Notes
Store the balls in the refrigerator. They last up to five days refrigerated.
