Lately I’ve been on a no-to-low sugar added kick. I’ve been on this diet for about four months now and I’m proud to say that so far I’ve lost a whopping four inches off my waist-line! Waning off of processed sugar was probably the single best decision I made to my diet. Super light and fluffy coconut bread with a hint of sweetness. When most people think about bread, they think of having bread with a sandwich or meal, but I like to enjoy bread as a dessert.
