Collagen Protein Jellies

September 22, 2020healthysuelutions

Do you want youthful skin and long beautiful thick hair? Yes, I want that too! I came across collagen after my big sister raved about it years ago. I go to her for advice regarding many things, but the one subject I can almost guarantee that she’ll have a strong view on is health and beauty. Being that she’s my older sister, she and my mother are the two people I follow for all things health and beauty related. If you ever meet my older sister, you would think she found the secret to defy age. Her appearance will have you think she hasn’t aged in 20 years. So when she told me about collagen, I needed to try it. And so I did.

Most people will say that collagen doesn’t have a strong taste, but to me I’m not too fond of it. My sister loves putting it in her coffee, but since I do not drink coffee, I needed another way to mask the taste. I love the texture of jello, so why not use collagen to make something I enjoy eating? Candy!

I started making these as a simple snack to have in the office for an afternoon pick-me-up, but then all my friends and colleagues started asking about them. These became really popular because it was a simple and enjoyable way to take something nutritious and make it delicious. You almost forget that they are also healthy for you.

This recipe is super simple. It requires only two ingredients and takes only minutes to make on your stove. Give it a try and you might even notice some health benefits.
